The Spruce Sensor uses a single CR123A battery and should last at least one year. A battery is included with each Spruce Sensor.
Battery status can be found in the SmartThings App in one of two ways:
From My Home –> Things: Tap on the sensor of interest.
From My Home –> Rooms: Navigate to your Spruce Room and tap on the sensor of interest.
